Special Features

	Unique Burner Systems All Master Driers are fitted with dual fuel burners, manufactured in-house, with no third party involvement which ensures that parts are readily available. Twin jet-oscillating flame, suitable for operation with dual fuels (diesel/kerosene) incorporate burner fail safe technology. Now available as a three stage burner from intermediate models upwards.	Siemens Control & Safety Unit Your drying requirements can now be incorporated using a Siemens PLC computer system utilising memory and programmable settings.

Tractor Drive Models (PTO drive)
Powered by 12 volt supply system incorporating battery and alternator. Alternatively with 380 volt generator mounted on drier.

Electric Drive

Requires three phase supply incorpprating 60-100 amps line.

All factory pre wired multi motor system incorporating high level control switch for automatic cut off of intake when drier is full.

Pre-set timer for the control of the cooling cycle with automatic cut-off.

High Quality
All welded heavy duty chassis. Retractable models can be operated either by geared winches or a hydraulic system. Winch operated retractable top screen sections. Winch operated fold down and tube. Over the top ring discharge chute complete with rolller.

Base trash box is fabricated in stainless steel with two easy access doors.

Galvanising has been incorporated where practical i.e. intake hopper and centre augers.

Drive Line Control
The Master DLC System is a unique mechanical fail-safe system fitted to all Master Driers. It ensures continued monitoring of all mechanical
components which drive the centre auger and inside agitators and should any failure occur, it ensures automatic and quick shut down of the burner.

Automatic Unloading
Motorised flap fitted onto the discharge chute for automatic unloading direct into store.
